Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on destination:

- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days

- International Shipping: 7–21 business days

- Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties incurred on international shipments. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

- Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

- Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the item and packaging.
