Bonjour! I’m Salomé, the artist behind The Studio Hibiscus.

I’m an illustrator and a true summer soul living in West Palm Beach, Florida. My work is inspired by ocean breezes, warm light, and slow coastal living. Though I was born and raised in the French countryside, far from the tropics, sun-drenched landscapes have always felt like home.

When I’m not painting, you’ll often find me traveling, junk journaling, surfing, rollerblading, shell hunting, or enjoying the beach with my husband and our dog, Pablo.

  • Every piece is a watercolor, created either by hand or digitally, where organic brushstrokes meet coastal-inspired tones and a refined, contemporary finish.

  • My art is inspired by my travels, endless summers, tropical weather, and flowers.
    Before becoming an illustrator, I owned a flower shop, and that love for color, texture, and nature still blossoms in everything I create.

    I’ve always had a passion for anything paper things. That love grew into The Studio Hibiscus, a space where I design stationery and art inspired by my favorite things: sunshine, ocean, flowers, palm trees and beautiful places around the world.
